Shipping policy Jerseys:
Shipping will for the most part be done by Canada Post, with insurance included. FedEx will also be an option, but no FedEx gound services, only thier Express service, which includes brokerage fees. Any taxes and duties charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Insurance: All items are shipped with insurance. Most insurance companies requre that the customer keep all packaging in the case of damaged goods. Please keep all packaging until the insurace claim has been settled, or else you may forfeit your claim. Also, in the case of loss, your items will be covered by insurance. In the case of any insurance claim being needed, please allow up to 4 weeks processing time.
Customs/Duty Due to custom regulations of each country, we can not be responsible for any additional cost (customs/brokerage or duty charges), delay or any other problems that may occur during the process at each countries customs.
Shipping time: For in-stock items, most US or overseas customers get their packages within 7-10 business days. However, sometimes, it may take a bit longer to be delivered in some areas due to customs delays. Most Canadian orders will be recieved in 3-7 business days. Backordered and customized items(such as gold items) will need another 4-5 business days
Major Holiday Delivery Due to volume during the holidays, please be aware that the estimated delivery time may not be the same as mentioned above.

Order cancellation
Upon receipt of a confirmed order, Gem'n I Gemstonz will begin fulfillment of the order requested by the customer. Our customers have 24 hours after placing order to request cancellation. Gold products are not stocked and are considered to be "special order". Once we receive an order from our customers, we order the product from our casting house. Due to this, requests for cancellation of gold items will incurr a 50% restocking fee to cover our costs. To request cancellation, all orders other than gold products cancellations are subjected to 10% restocking fee. Please note that:
- Order for in-stock items will be processed and sent out immediately after we get a confirmed order, therefore, in-stock items cannot be canceled
- Order cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped
- To requested cancellation, all order cancellations are subjected to 10% restocking fee
Return package In the case of packages returned to us for any reason (blocked by customs, incorrect mailing address, return for refund, etc) payment excluding restocking fee and shipping cost will be issued.

All return products must be brand new with all tags attached and is in the original package. Any jewellery being returned cannot have scratches, damge of any kind, or else a 50% restocking fee will be charged. All shipping cost are customers's responsibility. Our original costs of shipping to you will not be returned. |
